Call Meeting To Order:
President:  I call this meeting to order, Secretary please take attendance at this time.

Attendance:  All members:  State SO and "represented by" (recorded by Secretary Payton) our next meeting is.....(recorded by PR Chair Sumer)

President:  Treasurer will you please share the balance report.

Vice President:  PR Chair, would you please report:  How many Twitter followers do we currently have?  How many Student Organizations are we following the SOC on Twitter and who are they?. 

Good News Report: Members share achievements taking place within their SO (3 minutes)

Old Business:
  • Meeting Signs Complete.
  • Make sure to update the SOC Meeting Matrix so that it is accurate.
  • Ryan, Mrs. Warrell's assistant will update the promotions table daily and tweet the meetings for each day.
  • The SOC Board has been ordered.
New Business:

 Supporting Our Communities:
  • Boston Oyster Supper Support for Next Year - need students!
  • Bardstown Christmas Parade - Thursday, December 5th lineup is at 4:45
    • Everyone stay after school to decorate float and get dressed; eat pizza:)
    • Deadline to Register is November 22nd which is in 11 days. 
      • Joe is filling out form.
      • Who can commit to walking with the SOC?

      • Questions: 
        •  Which SOs are planning to do a float?

          • Marching Band
        • Our SO Float:
          • Theme?
          • Attire?
          • Everyone chips in $5.00 or so for candy canes and decorations if possible.
          • SOC rep competition - prize given to the SOC rep who brings the most SO friends to walk in the parade.  
    • SOC Secret Santas -
      • December 2nd draw for secret santas.
      • SOC Secret Santa Week Dec. 16-20th
      • Drop your little treat off each morning before school and pick up your gift under the tree each day after school.
      • SOC Christmas party meeting will be Friday Dec. 20th until 3:30 and we will have pizza and the Secret Santa Reveal.
