Call Meeting To Order:
President:  I call this meeting to order, Secretary please take attendance at this time.
SOC Meeting Matrix


Attendance:  All members:  State SO and "represented by" (recorded by Secretary Payton) our next meeting is.....(recorded by PR Chair Sumer)

President:  Treasurer will you please share the balance report.

Vice President:  PR Chair, would you please report:  How many Twitter followers do we currently have?  How many Student Organizations are we following the SOC on Twitter and who are they?. 

Good News Report: Members share achievements taking place within their SO (3 minutes)

Old Business:
  • Meeting Signs Complete.
  • Make sure to update the SOC Meeting Matrix so that it is accurate.
  • Ryan, Mrs. Warrell's assistant will update the promotions table daily and tweet the meetings for each day.
  • SOC Float for Bardstown Christmas Parade. (Dec. 5)
    • Each member brings $5 for candy and decorations.
    • SOC Rep Competitiion - Who can bring the most SO members?

 New Business:

  • SOC Secret Santas -
    • December 2nd draw for secret santas.
    • SOC Secret Santa Week Dec. 16-20th
    • Drop your little treat off each morning before school and pick up your gift under the tree each day after school.
    • SOC Christmas party meeting will be Friday Dec. 20th until 3:30 and we will have pizza and the Secret Santa Reveal
  • Individual Clubs honor different Heroes 
    • Walk around Police Cruiser 
    • Each club logo carries a sign with their club and who they are honoring on it. 
      • Thomas Nelson High School Key Club honoring the Bardstown EMS
    • Brainstorm list of all heroes
      • Bardstown Police Department
      • Boston Fire Department.
      • Continue...
