-President: Meeting with Mrs. Warrell during lunch on the Monday before meeting

-Secretary: Take minutes at weekly meetings
-Treasurer: Provide weekly balance
-P.R. Co-Chairs: Turn in announcements weekly, promote SOC and all clubs!

New Haven Outreach:
-Promote to clubs: do we have members willing to participate?

Monster Masquerade:
-Each representative: bring in canned drinks
-Promotion is essential: we must have 100 people to put on the formal
-JoEllyn to promote on Tuesday morning news
-DJ reserved for Masquerade
-Possibly have a student photographer to sell at dance
-Summer and Sydney to hang promotional flyers

SOC Agenda - May 6, 2013 Morgan Ford took attendance (Absent: Ping Pong, FFA, SCA, Generals Care, and Moose Hunters) Members posted Teacher Appreciation ideas on SOC and the day their student organization is responsible for. Discussed all Teacher Appreciation activities going on within the community (care-out, fruit/veggie tray from district, etc.) Monday - decorating of doors, board brought fruits/vegetable trays Tuesday - LEADER Council, Warrell bringing in doughnuts for teachers Wednesday - Lunch from Generals Care (parent organization) Thursday - ?
