Call Meeting To Order:
President:  I call this meeting to order, Secretary please take attendance at this time.

 Attendance:
All members:  State SO and "represented by" (recorded by Secretary Payton) our next meeting is.....(recorded by PR Chair Sumer)

 Treasurer's Report:
President:  Treasurer will you please share the balance report.

 PR Chair's Report:
Vice President:  PR Chair, would you please report:  How many Twitter followers do we currently have?  How many Student Organizations are we following the SOC on Twitter and who are they?. 

 Good News Report:
Vice President:   It is now time to share good news:
Members share achievements taking place within their SO (3 minutes)

 New Business Report:
President:  It is now time for New Business
  1. Monster Masquerade 
    1. The SOC is staying after Friday until 5:30 to decorate.  If you can't make it, send a proxy in your place just like you would at a meeting.
    2. Explain concessions - parent volunteers, 40% profit
    3. Have DJ 
    4. Before School Sales - Easton has been doing a great job!
    5. All SOC members work during lunch this week!
    6. Final Announcements:  
The SOC will meet again this coming Monday to review dance proceeds and discuss SOC logo/shirts and then bi-weekly there after.

SOC Agenda - May 6, 2013 Morgan Ford took attendance (Absent: Ping Pong, FFA, SCA, Generals Care, and Moose Hunters) Members posted Teacher Appreciation ideas on SOC and the day their student organization is responsible for. Discussed all Teacher Appreciation activities going on within the community (care-out, fruit/veggie tray from district, etc.) Monday - decorating of doors, board brought fruits/vegetable trays Tuesday - LEADER Council, Warrell bringing in doughnuts for teachers Wednesday - Lunch from Generals Care (parent organization) Thursday - ?
