Mission Statement

Joseph B's 1st meeting - LEADING!! (:

1. Ask members to name 1sr meeting

FFA - meeting Sept. 10th - cookout following
SEA - got a sponsor, member of the board, Margaret, probably have a meeting next Mon.
NHS - still working on applications - sometime next week - Holbert is the new sponsor
STLP - first meeting Sept. 10 (3:15-4)
Marching Band - 1st meeting July 17th (great attendance, went awesome! YES)
Beta Club - 1st meeting Sept. 10 - Looking at applications (40, wow!) - Announce that Seniors can now join Beta Club
G-Nation - No meetings unless voting for Spirit Week - $25 due Fri. Sept. 13
FCA - Every Wednesday (have already had plenty of meetings) @7:30 A.M.
G3 - 1st meeting Sept. 10 @ 3:15 - 4:15 (every other Tuesday)

2. Missions Statements w/ meeting days and times

A lot of clubs turned in this information last year.
Should be a shared SOC On Folder on Google Drive with Copy of Mission Statements doc.

3. First order of business

FFA - ***Corn Maze (Oct. 12, 19, 25, 26, and Nov. 1) $8 per person, $5 for groups of 10+, Nat. Convention, collecting dues from many members, community service event Sept. 20th @ Boston Elementary (maintenance)
SEA - meeting, education day w/ homeschool kids
NHS - meeting, picking members, and picking officers
STLP - meeting, deciding future plans
Marching Band - Competition on Sept. 22
Beta Club - meeting, collecting dues ($25 for new members; $5 existing), start 1st community service project
G-Nation - collect dues, order t-shirts, and get followers on the Twitter
FCA - teaming up with Bardstown's FCA to do something soon, another big thing is they are holding FCA Bachelorette Graduation
G3 - deciding/voting officer positions
