Request from Ms. Hockensmith

If it's possible today, could you mention to clubs the opportunity for them to sponsor/co-sponsor a Backpack student at their school?  We have six TNHS students who receive the backpack food every Friday. The annual cost per child for Feeding America food bank in Elizabethtown is $100.00.  How cool would it be for a Club or Clubs going in together to sponsor one of their peers on Backpack?????  The Food Bank asks for the school's assistance in recruiting donors and I think this would be such an awesome service opportunity for the Clubs, or even sports teams. Just checking...... Margaret Hockensmith, Coordinator
